Fear not, because I’d like to offer a helping hand. So send me an S.O.S ASAP!

However, I do have four little rules for you BEFORE you send me an email:

1. Check the gallery first to see if your question can be answered through any of my posts. If you send me a question that has already been answered in an article, I will basically ignore it– sorry!

2. Work out your problem as best you can, first. Google it, research it- do as much as you feasibly can yourself. As much as I would love to wave my magical staff and fix all your writing problems, I sadly am not Gandalf.

3. I do not answer emails on weekends. My office hours are Mon-Thurs 9 am-5 pm EST. And since I kinda receive a buttload of emails a day, I cannot guarantee that I will respond quickly or in the order they are received– sorry, nothing personal!

4. Lastly: please don’t send me a giant, run-on sentence email littered with poor grammar and spelling errors! I absolutely won’t read it! I mean, you’re a writer! You’re trying to get published, right? So please have some respect for yourself– and for me– by sending a dignified email.
